Henri Errandonea (1961 - Sare, Labourd) is head of the Sarako Ondarea association and also a newly recruited employee for the Writers’ Fair. A fresh version of this Easter Monday institution will be held on 28 March with both associations and institutions from the village and the surrounding area having pledged to take part from the very beginning.
