Filipe Lesgourgues (1961 - Bayonne, Labourd) is an inescapable cultural player in the Ustaritz area: chairperson of the “Herri Soinu” association, board member of the Basque Cultural Institute, he has also been known to play music in the depths of winter in the streets. Here he evokes, amongst other things, the possible consequences of certain changes in the Northern Basque Country, namely with the perspective of a single grouping of municipalities.
