Xavier Baylac (1971, Paris) is director of the Etcharry Centre, an establishment dedicated to training social workers, which is currently taking part, along with the Basque Cultural Institute, in the KILT project. This Europe-wide programme envisages including a cultural paradigm, until now forgotten, as part of social action, thus providing better care for people in difficulty.
