Serge Larzabal (1962 - Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Labourd) is Chairman of the Bayonne Local Maritime Fishing Committee. He has high expectations for the Basque Cultural Institute's Itsasturiak mobile exhibition presented in Saint-Jean-de-Luz: a tool for passing on and communicating in order to develop the occupation of sailor-fisherman, often tainted with a negative image in recent times.
