The "Hogei'ta" call for projects 2011
The 2011 call for projects by the Basque Cultural Institute to support innovative projects by young people in the field of visual arts is now closed. The two winners will be chosen in June and the projects presented to the public in October/November 2011.

Aim of the call for projects
The artistic proposition must reinterpret elements of Basque culture and its language.
Applications
The call for projects concerns all artists, groups of artists and artistic associations.
Artistic disciplines
Video Photography Graphic design.
Financial terms
The Basque Cultural Institute shall provide a grant of up to 5000 (inc. of tax) for the creation and production of each of the two works selected by the panel of judges.
Selection criteria
- Originality and rigour of the artistic approach.
- Project's ability to influence its territory.
- Project's requirement for mediation with audiences.
- Presentation of a precise and detailed budget.

The Basque Cultural Institute is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30 to 6pm (except Fridays, closure at 5pm, and wednesday, closure at 1pm).
